Tubechanger Systems Condition Checking Device CD01 developed for precise Tubechanger check control within a few minutes before casting.

Tubechanger Systems Condition Checking Device CD01 provides maximum security of the Tubechanger before and after each sequence. This system gives immediate reports about the Tubechanger technical conditions. The software indicates in color (red / green) whether and which spring needs to be replaced. A nominal spring characteristic is defined in the software and compares it with the measured parameters. The software also records a history of each Tubechanger mechanism condition. It automatically generates a necessary spare parts order and transfers it to the plant purchasing system.
