Sheffield Refractories also has a range of materials specifically designed for the Foundry Industry. These Products include induction furnace (coreless) linings, screeds, topping/spout mouldables, repair materials and ladle lining rammings.

The Company can offer a range of general foundry products such as:

• Zircon based paint, resistant to metal wetting and acts as a parting agent for mechanical removal of metal accumulation.
• Zircon and magnesia based paint for V-process.
• Bauxite based, phosphate bonded ladle ramming/furnace topping, suitable for general foundry applications/repair work.
• Synthetic alumino-silicate based, phosphate bonded ladle ramming, suitable for general foundry applications/repair work.
• Zircon enriched, phosphate bonded ladle ramming, suitable for general foundry applications/repair work.
• Graphite coatings.
